National Youth Action Conference for Nuclear Abolition

Concerned about the threat of 20,000 nuclear weapons? Keen to help build a world without them? Take part in the ICAN National Youth Action Conference for Nuclear Abolition this September. Meet other young Australians who share your commitment to bring the nuclear weapons era to an end.

Learn and take action

The weekend conference – beginning on the evening of Friday 2 September – will consist of workshops, forums, presentations, social events and street actions. You will have the opportunity to meet leading disarmament experts and and devise ways to transform the vision of nuclear abolition into reality.

Conference logistics

The conference will take place in Melbourne, at the Victorian Trades Hall (Cnr Victoria & Lygon Sts, Carlton). The registration fee is $30, which covers meals but not accommodation or travel to Melbourne. You must be 18 or over to participate.
